Agent MAnager west Coast 

This Agent Manager position is for the West Coast Region.  The position is responsible for directly interfacing with assigned and prospective agent partners to promote the sales of XTRACOM’s services in order to ensure the achievement of budgeted sales goals in the assigned territory.  The Agent Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating XTRACOM Agents to secure new revenue with business customers.  XTRACOM Cloud Services include HPBX, Sip Trunking, Broadband, MPLS, Managed Wi-fi, and Managed Network Services.


  • Responsible to recruit new agents to sign agent agreements with XTRACOM
  • Provide weekly sales forecasting, on going training, and strategic planning
  • Provides pricing, solution design and quotes to agents in assigned territory
  • Participates and drives hosted partner/channel events
  • Responsible for interfacing with assigned agent partners for the purpose of growing the business relationship and achieving the budgeted sales volumes
  • Continually educates and trains Agents on XTRACOM service offerings
  • Manages defined revenue and volume objectives for each Agent
  • Monitors key sales operational tactics and metrics as defined by leadership team
  • Contributes to the budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning process to assure sufficient resources are available to meet outlined objectives
  • Gathers and distributes industry information including competitive information to ensure team is aware of key industry trends and changes
  • Establishes and manages prospecting activities and tracking systems
  • Acts as a point of contact for Agents' to field all questions and concerns
  • Other related duties as assigned



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in working within the Telecommunications industry
  • Minimum of 3+ years sales experience working within the Agent Channel either for a carrier or Telecom Company
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills along with the ability to present to large groups
  • Ability to Manage people through the selling process and help close and cement sales
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
